Jim D’Orazio—Ebusiness Strategist
Jim’s primary responsibility is to help clients articulate their business strategies and objectives. His combination of experience in providing web-based solutions and over 20 years of managing small businesses gives him an unusual combination of web literacy and business experience. Jim received his BA from Kenyon College and his Masters in the Science of Management from The Weatherhead School.  He is teaching courses in ebusiness strategy and ebusiness operations at the University of Phoenix and is preparing a seminar for Cleveland State University.  Jim volunteers as a Technology Advisor for the Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE) is on the Web Advisory Board for Kenyon College.

Richard Spinner—IT Infrastructure Management.
Richard helps clients transition their current technology, people and processes to the right infrastructure to support their business vision. He has worked for over 20 years with clients from a multitude of industries with anywhere from 4 to 20,000 employees. As a previous software and services vendor and Director of Information Technology, he brings a unique perspective from both sides of the computer business. Richard received a BS in Computer Science from the Air Force Academy and a MS in Systems Management from University of Southern California. He is also a certified Document and Imaging Architect.

Derrill Dalby—Web Graphics, Site Optimization and Usability Testing.
Derrill is a Web savvy photographer and graphic designer who knows what needs to be done to prepare images for use on the Web. He is a marketing expert with experience in brand building, product management and marketing communications.  Derrill never stops analyzing websites and learning what makes for a topnotch Web experience for the user.  He was formerly Director of Website Development with AmericanGreetings.com, an American Greetings Corporation subsidiary located in Cleveland, Ohio.
